Right of Withdrawal

This page explains the cancellation options available to customers purchasing digital products from ExamNest in the United States.
1. United States Consumer Purchases
There is no general nationwide 14-day online withdrawal right equivalent to the standard European Union consumer withdrawal right.
However, certain consumer protection laws or special circumstances may provide additional cancellation or refund rights.
ExamNest honors applicable mandatory consumer protections and the refund conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation Before Delivery
Orders are processed electronically after successful payment, and digital access is normally provided immediately.
If you need to cancel a transaction before delivery, contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Because delivery is automated, cancellation before access is provided may not always be technically possible.
3. Cancellation After Delivery
Customers who have already received access to their digital resources may request a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
Downloading or opening a purchased file does not automatically prevent a customer from submitting a refund request under that policy.
4. How to Submit a Cancellation Request
Send an email to contact@examnest.store with the following information:
- Order number
- Customer email address
- Purchased product name
- Date of purchase
- A statement requesting cancellation or a refund

6. Refund Following Cancellation
Approved refunds are processed through the original PayPal payment transaction according to our published Return & Refund Policy.
There are no physical return shipping requirements for digital products.
7. Applicable Consumer Rights
Nothing on this page limits non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under federal or state law.
