This policy explains the payment methods, billing process, and transaction information for purchases made through ExamNest.

1. Accepted Payment Method

ExamNest currently accepts payments through PayPal.

Customers may be able to use eligible funding sources offered by PayPal, depending on their account, location, and PayPal's checkout options.

Payment methods not displayed during checkout are not accepted directly by ExamNest.

2. Payment Currency

All product prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD), unless otherwise clearly indicated.

3. When Payment Is Collected

Payment is required when an order is placed.

Digital product delivery is initiated after successful payment confirmation.

4. Taxes and Additional Charges

Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and presented during checkout in accordance with the store's tax configuration and applicable requirements.

The total amount payable is displayed before the customer submits the order.

ExamNest does not charge shipping fees because its products are delivered digitally.

5. Payment Security

Transactions are processed through PayPal using payment security measures provided by that service.

ExamNest does not ask customers to provide their PayPal passwords or complete payment card credentials by email or telephone.

Customers should use the official checkout process rather than sending payment credentials through unsolicited messages.

6. Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment is declined, canceled, or remains pending, digital access may not be provided until the transaction is successfully completed.

If you believe you were charged without receiving your order, contact customer support with your payment transaction reference.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued through the original PayPal transaction according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund processing and the time required for funds to become available may depend on PayPal and the customer's original funding source.

8. Unauthorized or Duplicate Payments

Customers who identify a duplicate charge or an unauthorized transaction should contact us with the relevant information.

Customers may also use PayPal's applicable dispute and transaction-resolution procedures.

9. No Automatic Subscription

Unless a product page and checkout expressly state otherwise, purchases are individual digital product transactions rather than automatically recurring subscriptions.
